Meet the Speakers
Dr. Michele L. Zaccario
Associate Professor of Psychology, Dyson College of Arts and Sciences, Pace University
Dr. Michele Zaccario is a Professor of Psychology at Pace University in New York City, teaching in both the doctoral and undergraduate programs. She serves as the Co-Director of the Undergraduate Psychology Program - NYC campus and the School-Clinical-Child Doctoral Program. She is also a NYS licensed psychologist, consultant practitioner, and researcher within the Pediatric Department of New York University Langone Medical Center (NYULMC) – Division of Neonatology working with high-risk infants and young children. Dr. Zaccario’s clinical specialty and research areas include psychological and personality assessment, the neurodevelopmental follow-up of premature and developmentally at-risk infants, and the neuropsychological assessment of neurologically impacted and medically fragile children and adolescents. She has taught and advised in the PsyD program for many years, covering neurodevelopmental, neuropsychological, personality, and early childhood assessment courses. Dr. Zaccario also teaches and mentors at the undergraduate level and serves as a psychology advisor, a transfer student advisor, and a faculty representative to the university-wide Wellness Advisory Committee (WAC).
Ms. Enjie Hall
Director at Disability Resource Center, University of Minnesota
Enjie Hall, MRC, CRC, PC serves as both the Director of the Disability Resource Center at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities and the system-wide ADA Coordinator. As a disabled individual, Enjie has passionately advocated for civil rights and full participation of disabled people through inclusive design and practices for 25 years. Enjie previously worked in the disability office at The University of Toledo serving as director and ADA/Rehabilitation Act Compliance Officer, and prior to that, worked in the disability office at The Ohio State University. She served as a director at large on the national board for the Association on Higher Education and Disability (AHEAD) from 2018 to 2022. Enjie has presented locally and nationally on a variety of topics related to disability access, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), mental health, leadership/influence, digital accessibility and assistive technology, and navigating the interactive process. Enjie was a co-author for guidance documents and articles pertaining to navigating and documenting the interactive process; best practices for emotional support animals; and the role of third-party documentation. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) as well as a licensed professional Counselor (PC). Enjie holds Bachelor’s degrees in speech/language pathology as well as music from the University of Toledo and holds a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling degree from Bowling Green State University.
