Looking at Latino Families’ Access to Early Care and Education Through Multiple Dimensions

The University-Based Child and Family Policy Consortium, in collaboration with the Society for Research in Child Development, hosted a webinar on May 23, 2018 on Latino Families’ Access to Early Care and Education.
During this webinar, researchers from the National Research Center on Hispanic Children & Families presented highlights from their work aimed at better understanding the early care and education experiences (ECE) of Latino families. Topics covered include: Hispanic families’ ECE preferences, search behaviors, and utilization patterns as well as the access, availability, and quality of ECE used by Hispanic families. A representative from Child Care Aware discussed the implication of this research for policy and programs.
