Special Issue Journal of Adolescence: Romantic Relationships and Sexuality in Adolescence
The goal of this special issue is to highlight current empirical findings in the areas of adolescent romantic and sexual development from around the globe. Submissions may pertain to all topics within the area of adolescent romantic and sexual development, especially manuscripts that focus on the following:
- diversity – broadly defined – including sexual orientation, culture, physical health,
- vulnerable and understudied populations,
- sexuality in the context of romantic relationships, and
- papers that highlight interdisciplinary and/or multimethod perspectives.
Manuscript proposals (500 words) are due by email to Manfred van Dulmen by September 15th 2018. A subset of proposals will be invited to submit a full manuscript (decision by November 1st 2018). Full manuscripts are due May 1st 2019 and should follow the author guidelines for the Journal of Adolescence.
