Invitation to an Open Evening with Parent Infant Centre

Are you interested in training as a Parent Infant Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist? UKCP-accredited training for a Diploma in Diploma in Parent Infant Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy is available in London or via distance learning through the Parent Infant Centre.

Applications are currently being accepted for the next intake in the Autumn. Applications from people with a wide range of backgrounds and experience are encouraged. The training is at postgraduate level and so a first degree is desirable, but not essential. What is more important is an interest in helping infants to reach their full potential.

Training will include four years of theory seminars on child development, psychoanalysis and parent infant psychotherapy. You will also undertake a two year baby observation and spend time observing in four early years settings, totalling 450 hours of clinical work under supervision. Your own personal psychotherapy will be an important part of your training. Graduates are eligible to be registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).

Location: 27 Frognal, London NW3 6AR

Dates: July 4, 6-8pm
