SRCD Signs on to COSSA's Letter to the Department of Commerce Regarding the Census Bureau's Proposed Information Collection activities for the 2020 Census

SRCD joins 26 research-based institutions in a letter to the Department of Congress to express concern regarding the Census Bureau's decision to include a question on citizenship in the 2020 Census. The organizations urge the citizenship question be taken from the Census Bureau to avoid increased burden on respondents, unnecessary additional costs, and diminished accuracy and integrity of the Census.
