Chuck Kalish, Ph.D.

Charles (Chuck) Kalish served as Director for Science, then Senior Advisor for Science at SRCD. In this role, he oversaw the publication of the Society’s three major journals. Dr. Kalish received his B.A. in Psychology from Swarthmore College and earned his Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology at the University of Michigan. He came to SRCD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he was a Professor and past Chair in the Educational Psychology Department. Dr. Kalish’s research focuses on inductive inference and the development of social cognition.
