Roman McNeil, SRCD’s CAPM® certified Science and Publications Programs Associate, plays a pivotal operational role in the timely publication of the Society's four publications, collaborating closely with the Publications Manager and key stakeholders. His commitment to advancing diverse scientific programming is exemplified by his leadership in spearheading the Early Career Interdisciplinary Scholars Fellowship Program. Roman actively supports SRCD's initiatives aimed at diversifying, internationalizing, and promoting interdisciplinary expansion, serving as the Staff Liaison to SRCD's International Affairs Committee, Interdisciplinary Committee, and Anti-Racism Task Force.
Roman, who joined SRCD in 2022 after earning his B.A. in International Affairs with a minor in Linguistics from The George Washington University, Elliott School of International Affairs, brings a wealth of expertise in global sustainable human development, multilingualism (education and policy), and project/program management to his multifaceted role within the organization.
