Cancellation Policies
Housing Cancellation:
Before March 7, 2019: If a hotel room is cancelled in SRCD’s block, an attendee included on the reservation will be charged an additional $125 USD for registration, equivalent to the housing discount. Cancellations may be made via the website or via email at srcd@experient-inc.com until March 7, 2019. After March 7, 2019: All cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. The hotel will not have record of your room reservation until March 7, 2019. Please do not call the hotel prior as it will take a few days to update the hotel's inventory.
Housing and Registration Cancellation:
If an individual decides to cancel their registration AND housing before March 1, 2019, their payment will be refunded, minus a $30 cancellation fee. Registration cancellations after March 1, 2019 will not be refunded.
SRCD Supported Pre-Conference and Lunch with Leaders Cancellation:
SRCD Supported Pre-Conferences and Lunch with Leaders may be cancelled by March 1, 2019 without penalty. Pre-Conference and Lunch with Leaders cancellations after March 1, 2019 will not be refunded.

Experient is the Official Housing Provider for 2019 SRCD Biennial Meeting. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company other than Experient is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of, and report any unauthorized solicitation to your organization or Experient.
